Tech Tool is a tool that supports the repair and diagnostic process. It was developed to make repair shop tasks easier and more efficient. Tech Tool can be used in the repair shop, out in the field, at the roadside, or during test drives. Tech Tool is a diagnostics application that covers the whole repair process through the use of plug-ins. With Tech Tool you can diagnose, test, calibrate and paramater program (work for version 3 and version 4) a product. A product could be a vehicle, engine or a machine.
You can send me your support requests for education on your personal or business computers with the updated APCI database and renewed authorization method. Please note that we will proceed at all stages without exceeding legal obligations and company limits and without forgetting that you have to assume all other responsibilities.
The basic workflow in Tech Tool is the same for all products:
• Identify a product.
• View information history.
• Diagnose a selected product.
• Test a selected product.
• Parameter programming a selected product (including v3-v4).
• Calibrate a selected product.

• Volvo Trucks (Older electrical system, Vehicle electronics ’98, v2, v3)
• Volvo Trucks (v4 – FH4/FM4)
• Volvo Buses (Conventional, Multiplexed, Multiplexed version 2, Multiplexed version 3)

• Volvo OEM Component Customer (v2, v3)
• Renault Trucks (v2, v3 and v4)
• UD Trucks (v2, v3 and v4)
The price for a single computer installation or support is 200 USD. This fee is 100 USD for requests to upgrade your older versions to the current version.
